Air Tool Leader/Whip Hoses are highly recommended by the Health & Safety Executive’s Guide HS(G) 39 as they are designed to distance an air tool from its air supply to prevent vibration. This enables tools to be used safely and helps to prolong the life of couplings and adaptors.
This 0.6 metre x 10mm ID hose is fitted with PCL’s T25 XF/Euro Adaptor and 1/4″ BSPT on the other end of the hose.
The International Standard (ISO 6150:1998) recommends a minimum of 300mm of flexible hose to be used between a vibrating tool and a quick acting coupling.
